Gage Park Greenhouse

As your resident local tourist, you know by now one of my favourite things to do is take a “tour” day devoted to traveling around the city, exploring old favourites and making new discoveries.

In recent years my birthday became the annual Birthday Tour, a day dedicated to just that. It’s really the best way I can think of to celebrate another year!

Last year, with my great friend Chanry and OG local food blogger (The Hungry Gnome) as my partner in crime, we set off for a spring day full of adventures.

Here’s a quick look back on our day, starting in the east with brunch on Ottawa Street at Cannon Coffee, a tropical visit to the Gage Park Greenhouse, taking in some more natural beauty at Albion Falls, a shop along Locke Street, cocktails and appetizers at Brux House, and dinner with our foodie crew and friends at The Mule.
