It was a dream bill for me to get to open up the night for Illitry and Benjamin Muñoz! I’ve followed both acts since the beginning, and my blog and their music have evolved alongside each other. I was at one of Illitry’s very first shows in 2012 and it has been well documented that Ben’s previous project New Hands was one of my favourites.
It was super fun for us to come together again at The Mule Spinner, a new venue located at The Cotton Factory. This space is amazing and I’m really excited to see more shows here.
