I have such a blast bringing new episodes of I Heart Hamilton every week since November 2013. I’m part of an amazing community of volunteer hosts, and we want to keep bringing you great programming and giving a platform for all things local!
CFMU has approximately 170 volunteers, like myself, that come from all walks of life and all communities in Hamilton. Programming is almost 100% station-produced; that means almost all our programming is made by people in the community. Even during the pandemic, at least 75% of our regular shows are on the air, a combination of live hosts and many recording their programs at home (myself included!). I appreciate you tuning in and supporting community radio!
