I was really stoked to interview Max Kerman of Arkells for the first time! Making it even more fun, the interview was live-to-air on 93.3 CFMU in the middle of Gore Park.

It’s an exciting time for Arkells as they embark on their latest chapter as a band. Their fourth album Morning Report drops on August 5th. We talked about what fans can expect on the new album, lead single “Private School,” and the recording process behind the album. We also spoke about the Welcome to Hamilton benefit show that Max and bandmates Mike Deangelis and Anthony Carone played that night.

I also had to give a shout out to the podcast Max produces with Mike Veerman and Shane Cunningham – Mike On Much. I’m a big fan – give it a listen if you haven’t yet.
