The Casbah just launched a new series – the Indie Rock Summit. A monthly series of Q&A discussions hosted by The Lounge at Casbah that focuses on relevant topics to our local music community.
Panelists express opinions, field questions and participate in a healthy debate on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7-10pm. The event is free and all ages are welcome.
I’m excited to join the panel for the second installment in this series, happening Tuesday, October 17th for the topic “The Emergence of the Music Blog in the Local Media.” I’ll be joining my friends Biljana Njegovan (Cut From Steel / The Inlet), Luke Cummins (Extreme Nonchalance) and moderator Adam Bentley (Auteur Research).
